How long until my order arrives?

Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days.

Where do you ship?

Currently the United States only. International shipping is on the list for v2 — sign up for the slow list to hear when.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order leaves the fulfillment center, usually 3–5 business days after you place it.

Are your products tested on animals?

No. Never. Our supplier is a vegan, cruelty-free fulfillment partner.

Are your products vegan?

Most are. The shea butter and the soaps are 100% plant-based. The supplements may contain non-vegan ingredients depending on the formulation — check the ingredients on each product page. Tallow products (when they launch) are not vegan; they are made from grass-fed bovine fat.

Can I cancel my order?

Only if it hasn't entered production yet. Once an order is sent to fulfillment — usually within hours — it can't be changed or cancelled. Email us within an hour of ordering if something's wrong and we'll do our best.

Why are some products listed as "ships to US only"?

Some of our suppliers' products are restricted to US shipping due to regulatory reasons. We're working on more US-wide and international coverage in v2.

Is the matcha ceremonial grade?

Yes. It's premium Japanese ceremonial-grade matcha, shade-grown. We're working on direct sourcing from Uji, Kyoto for our v2 launch.

My product looks slightly different from the photo. Why?

Small batch production means small variations in packaging, colour, and texture. The formulation is identical. The quality is identical.

Can I return an opened product if I don't like it?

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on opened skincare or supplements. If something genuinely doesn't work for you, email us. We'll see what we can do.

Something arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?

Email hello@rituaire.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement. No forms, no friction.
