RETURNS

Simple, and fair

We replace anything damaged, defective, or incorrect, free of charge, within 30 days of delivery.

We don't accept returns on opened skincare, supplements, or food products for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email hello@rituaire.com within 30 days of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number
  • a clear photo of the issue

We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

If a replacement is also defective, we'll issue a full refund.

Incorrect orders

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing, email us within 30 days.

We'll make it right.

Opened products

We can't accept returns on opened skincare, supplements, or food products.

Once opened, these products can't be resold for hygiene and safety reasons.

Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Order changes & cancellations

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they enter production.

This usually happens within hours of placing your order.

If something is wrong, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best.

Incorrect shipping address

If you entered the wrong address, contact us within one hour of ordering.

Once an order has shipped, we can't redirect it.

If a package is returned to our fulfillment center, you'll be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • a replacement cannot be fulfilled, or
  • a replacement arrives defective

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We run this honestly.
If something's wrong, tell us — we'll fix it.
